“My stage 1 cervical cancer called adenocarcinoma has returned,” Snooki said in her TikTok post about her official diagnosis. “This is obviously not the news I was hoping for, but it’s also not the worst news just because they found out so early. Thank God!”
Since then, Snooki has shared more details about her diagnosis and treatment plan, confirming that she will undergo a hysterectomy in the coming months. “I’m 38 years old, and I’ve had abnormal Pap smears for three or four years now, and now look at me,” the MTV personality noted. “Instead of putting it off because I didn’t want to go, because I was hurt and scared, I went and did it. Snooki encouraged her social media followers to “Get your dates done, bitches! I’m telling you!” Referring to regular Pap smears.
“Once you get to stage two, you have to go through chemotherapy…no one wants to do that!” Nicole added. “It’s scary. So, get your appointments done.”

Nicole told her TikTok followers that she would “probably” undergo a hysterectomy: a surgical procedure to remove a woman’s uterus. She described the operation as a “smart choice.”
“I’ll probably have a hysterectomy. Obviously I think the smart choice here is a hysterectomy,” Nicole said, before explaining, “I’ll still keep my ovaries, which is a good sign.” But yes, I have to take my cervix and uterus out. “It all depends on the positron emission tomography scan.”
Snooki then admitted, “A lot of women go through it in silence and don’t talk to anyone, and they feel afraid of themselves. I like that we have a platform here to talk about it with each other.”
Although fans and friends were concerned about Nicole’s health, Snooki maintained a positive attitude throughout her TikTok post and vowed that she was “going to be okay” and would “deal with this.”
