The much-awaited Malayalam psychological thriller ‘Unmadham’ has confirmed its release date. The film stars Kunchacko Boban and Legumul Jose, and the makers also revealed the first look poster, which has already sparked strong curiosity among fans.
The title Unmadham, which means “madness,” suggests a deep and intense story.
With a clear release date now set, the film is fast becoming one of the most talked about Malayalam releases of the year.

According to Variety India, Unmadham will hit theaters on August 7, before Independence Day and Onam holiday. The film is directed by Kiran Das, who is making his directorial debut after a successful career as an editor. He has previously edited several award-winning films, and this is his first step as a director. The film is written by National Award-winning writer Shahi Kabir, who is known for his intense realistic stories. The film has a great background score and Unmadham is sure to be a great viewing experience.
