Bonhams said sales will take place in New York City and Los Angeles. The collection includes costumes by Ralph Lauren and Thom Browne, as well as original works created by Keaton herself. The sale is intended to reflect Keaton’s broader creative identity, not just her on-screen career. In the Bonhams release, her sister Dorie Hall said: “To talk about her is to talk about the instinct, the unerring visual and creative intuition that has guided her through decades of artistic exploration.” From collages and clothing to texts and personal objects, the collection captures Keaton’s life as an artist, style personality, and cultural icon.
