A clip of the three influencers taking a group selfie is now going viral. The video, which captures a candid moment between them, was brought into focus because of the phone used to take the photo: the Galaxy Z Flip7, a flagship model from Samsung said to have been produced at a manufacturing facility in Noida.

According to a report by news agency ANI, Samsung Chairman Lee’s selfie with Modi and the Korean President was a symbol of both foldable technology and the company’s economic integration with India.

The selfie was taken at the India-Korea Business Leaders Dialogue at Hyderabad House.

Everything about the Galaxy Z Flip 7

News agency ANI said in a report that the phone used to take the selfie was a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7. The smartphone is foldable and slim and is part of Samsung’s Z Flip series.

Samsung is a key part of the government’s ‘Make in India’ initiative. The Noida facility manufactures smartphones, wearables and tablets from the brand, and a report recently said that Samsung will add laptops to the list.

The Noida facility began its manufacturing journey in 1996 and now runs the world’s second largest mobile phone manufacturing unit in India and is known to be the second largest mobile phone exporter in India after Apple.

Korean President in India

India and South Korea signed 15 agreements, including an agreement to establish an industrial cooperation framework to enhance relations, with the Korean President visiting India on a three-day official visit.

“The India-Korea Business Leaders’ Dialogue highlighted the huge potential of our economic partnership in various sectors. Our cooperation can drive growth and prosperity in both countries,” the Prime Minister said in a post on X.

The South Korean President’s visit to India aims to strengthen bilateral relations in the fields of trade, defense and vital technologies.
