Amitabh Bachchan recently shared a touching post remembering his late mother, Teji Bachchan. He recalled his childhood rituals where his mother’s comforting touch and reassuring words provided immense solace during difficult times. Bachchan highlighted how simple gestures and a change of perspective can ease fears, a lesson he learned from his mother, who died in 2007.

The famous actor has taken to his blog, where he often shares his thoughts and ideas, and discusses the memories he shared with his mother. The actor began by discussing how people today spend a lot of time worrying about simple matters. He noted that these problems often have simple solutions, yet people still invest a lot of time and emotion worrying about them on a large scale.

He added: “Sometimes just a simple change in what was bothering you makes life much easier.”
Change has to be implemented and of course applied regularly.. but then.. what a relief.. and you wonder, was it really worth spending so much time, energy and effort on an issue that actually had a simple application.. for the better…. and homemade ingenuity was always the best.He further revealed that his mother had a unique way of helping him when he was a child and felt like the world was falling apart. He stated in his blog that her reassuring words in times of “distress” were the greatest help to him.
Other than that, the actress added that “that warm caress from Ma… reassurance in her words… that round ball of her scarf, warm with her breath, applied to your eyes… and instant relief.”

Blessed are the mother who brought us into this world. Be well and stay in touch always.”Teji Bachchan died in 2007 after a long illness. She spent most of the year in hospital and died after her health deteriorated near the end of the year. Teji Bachchan and Harivansh Rai Bachchan married in Allahabad in 1941 and had two sons, Amitabh Bachchan and Ajitabh Bachchan.
