Dune: Part Three It opens with no shortage of firepower, as CinemaCon audiences learned on Tuesday.
Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Jason Momoa, and director Denis Villeneuve took the stage at the Las Vegas event to discuss the sequel. They then revealed the first seven minutes of the highly anticipated film during a Warner Bros. convention. Presentation.
The footage showed Javier Bardem as Stilgar leading his forces against a seemingly insurmountable enemy. The intense battle scenes included an endless stream of fired shots and lots of actual gunfire.
After those seven minutes, additional footage included Chalamet’s Paul Atreides confronting Zendaya’s Chaney in a tense moment.

Later, Zendaya asked Chalamet: “What’s it like to be human like everyone else, Paul Atreides?”
Introducing the viewer, Villeneuve described the film as a thriller, saying: “It is more intense and certainly more emotional.”
“He became the worst he could see,” Chalamet said of Paul, and the star teased his character “became a powerful emperor of the dark universe.”
Zendaya explained, “It seems like the years haven’t been kind to anyone in Dune. It’s been a rough, tough few years. There’s still a lot to fight for.” “That youthful look is completely gone,” she continued about Chaney.
Momoa admitted that his role in the film is very different from the last time viewers saw him, given that Duncan Idaho died in the first film, and Momoa returned as a clone: “I was sent as a gift to Paul to see how he deals with someone he hasn’t seen and how he deals with that.”
“It was very moving to be in a science fiction trilogy on such a large scale,” Chalamet added Lord of the Rings“.
