The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education is scheduled to announce the results of the 1st and 2nd year intermediate examinations 2026 today, April 12, at 11 am. The results will be announced at the board’s office in Hyderabad.

The announcement will be made by K Keshava Rao, Advisor to the Government of Telangana, along with Yogita Rana, Education Minister and Vice-Chairman of TGBIE.

Telangana TS inter results 2026: How to check your result

Students can view and download their grade notes electronically by following these steps:

-Go to the official websites: tgbie.cgg.gov.in or results.cgg.gov.in

– Click on the “Results” link.

-Choose the year 2026, the semester (first or second year), and the type of exam.

-Enter your hall ticket number.

-Click on “Get Memo”.

-Your mark sheet will appear on the screen; Download it and save it.

Results will be available for general and professional students.

Exam dates

  • First year exams: from February 25 to March 17, 2026
  • Second year exams: from February 26 to March 18, 2026

Practical exams were held from February 2 to 21, in two periods each day: morning and evening. English practical exams were held earlier, on January 21 for first year and January 22 for second year students.

Students should keep their hall ticket numbers ready to check the results quickly. The e-mark note is temporary, and official certificates will be awarded later by the schools.

Eligibility criteria for TS inter 2026 results

To pass the exams, students must obtain marks of at least 35% in each subject. In general, they need at least 350 marks out of 1,000 to be declared successful.

For students with vision or hearing impairment, the passing requirement is relaxed to 25%.

Along with the results, the Council will also release important data such as the overall pass rate, performance by gender and district-level results. This information will help in showing the performance of students in different districts of Telangana in exams.
