Ranveer Singh, who is currently riding on the success of his films Dhurandhar and Dhurandhar: The Revenge, paid a quiet visit to Nagpur on Friday, where he met Mohan Bhagwat at the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) headquarters. Ranveer later visited Dr Hedgewar’s Smruti Mandir in Reshimbagh, where he paid tribute to RSS founder KB Hedgewar and second sarsanghchalak MS Golwalkar.

Low-level visit, tight security measures
According to a Lokmat report, the actor’s visit was kept top secret. He reportedly arrived at Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport around 4pm along with four others.From the airport, Ranveer headed straight to the RSS headquarters in Mahal, where he held a meeting with Bhagwat. During the interaction, the actor is said to have discussed his film and also gained insight into the organization’s initiatives and its service functions.He spent approximately an hour and a half at the headquarters before moving to another main location.

Praises in Hedgewar Monument
Ranveer later visited Dr Hedgewar’s Smruti Mandir in Reshimbagh, where he paid tribute to RSS founder KB Hedgewar and second sarsanghchalak MS Golwalkar.During the visit, RSS representatives briefed him on the lives of the two leaders and the historical significance of the memorial. He also interacted with various RSS functionaries and learned about the cultural body of RSS Chitrabharati.

After his visit, the actor returned to the airport and returned to Mumbai around 8:15 pm. The secrecy surrounding the visit sparked speculation, especially at a time when Durandar continues his strong performance.Interestingly, Ranveer had earlier extended his greetings to the RSS on the occasion of Vijayadashami during its centenary year, thanking the organization for its work over the past 100 years and expressing hope that it will continue to inspire in the future.
