In a chat with Perfect Magazine, the 26-year-old pop star opened up about taking control of her artistic vision and working closely with her older sister on projects. “I work with my sister a lot,” the “Manchild” singer noted. “She’s been my creative partner in almost everything I do. We kind of share a mind. She’s got an amazing creative eye.”
She is an amazing photographer. She has incredible taste.” She added: “We’ve been best friends our whole lives, so she knows me better than anyone.”And while Sabrina loves working with other creatives, Sarah is “my constant through line.”
The sisters have been collaborating for a long time
The sisters’ collaboration dates back to the Grammy Award-winning artist’s Disney days, where Sarah appeared on Sabrina’s popular Disney Channel series “Girl Meets World.”
Sarah also sang backing vocals on her sister’s debut album “Eyes Wide Open”.In a behind-the-scenes video about the making of the 2015 album, the sisters talked about the joy of working together. “We just clicked. We were really in sync,” Sarah said. “I just love being here and being here for her and supporting her and helping her when she needs it.”Elsewhere in her interview, Sabrina spoke about her seven-month preparations for her headlining show at the 2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on April 10-17. Sabrina, who first performed at Coachella in 2024, will headline the festival alongside Justin Bieber, Karol G and Anima.
