In a disturbing turn of events, reality TV personality Taylor Frankie Paul has taken legal action against her estranged partner, Dakota Mortensen, seeking a protective order. She accused him of a series of disturbing assaults, including violently hitting her head on the dashboard and kicking her as she fell.

Since the beginning of the year, the two have been involved in several domestic violence cases.
According to the latest reports, Paul filed a protective order against Mortensen and also alleged that he abused her.
Taylor Frankie Paul files a protective order against Dakota Mortensen
PEOPLE recently reported that the reality star filed a formal protective order against Mortensen on April 7. In the official file, she listed 4 separate instances where Mortensen allegedly abused her. She stated that she was “assaulted, harassed, and stalked” by Mortensen, and detailed multiple incidents where he physically harmed her. One of her cases allegedly dates back to the end of February this year, when Dakota allegedly visited her home demanding to talk. They got out to avoid waking the children in the house and got into his car.Paul claims Mortensen walked away from the building even after she protested that she didn’t want to go.
The report added, “The two parties argued, and Dakota assaulted Taylor by hitting her head on the dashboard of his truck and hitting her knee and elbow.” The 31-year-old also provided photos of the bruises as evidence of the alleged assault.

A stalking incident was also reported on file, dating back to February this year. She alleged in the report that Mortensen tattooed her initials on the inside of his lip.
Send her a picture of the tattoo too. “My initials are now permanently tattooed on the body of a man who abused and possessed me,” a statement from the report read. She also alleged that around the same time, Mortensen also visited her home in the early hours of the day as their son, Ever, was having trouble sleeping at his father’s house.The filing also details another case from May last year.
She stated that the two were arguing at her home, and although she asked Mortensen to leave, he refused to do so. Later, she lost her footing, fell, and was allegedly kicked by Mortensen. The TV star also provided photos of bruises from the condition as well.
