From new color themes to upgraded components like PVC flooring, seats and berths, canopies and modified toilet areas, the new Amrit Bharat buses are set to get an upgrade.

Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnao on Saturday inspected the bogie models of the next generation Amrit Bharat trains at New Delhi railway station.
These coach models have been designed to enhance passenger comfort, aesthetics and overall travel experience, Indian Railways said.
New color themes
Coach models feature a unique color theme with coordinated shades across key components, including PVC flooring, Rexen seat and berth, snack tables, canopies, and restroom areas.
The color scheme was introduced to offer a modern, elegant and unified aesthetic. At the same time, it will help in uniformity and ease of maintenance.

Fire safety compliant materials
The materials used in the buses are compatible with HL3 fire safety standards, reducing the risk of fire accidents. This is done to ensure passenger safety and improve visual appearance.
The Bus Design Improvement Initiative is being implemented to modernize rolling stock, improve on-board ambiance, and provide a safe, comfortable and world-class travel experience for passengers across all categories.
Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnau also approached X and told that the Railways has prepared models of coaches with new designs and better toilet facilities.
