The announcement comes after a thrilling season 2 finale that left fans with important unresolved stories. The character Billie, played by Janice Lynn Brown, regained her deleted childhood memories, including revealing that Alex Russo is her mother.The ending also introduced looming threats from the dark world of magic. Billie’s lineage links her to the former black wizard Damien Penwolf, whose existence has yet to be fully explored.
