The couple and new parents, who welcomed baby Neer in October 2025, have been winning hearts with their social media posts and their efforts in highlighting social issues.In her latest post, the new mother praised Raghav for raising the issue of paternity leave in Parliament. Describing caregiving as a shared duty and urging its legalization in India, the new father won hearts when he said, “A father should not have to choose between taking care of his newborn and maintaining his job. Likewise, a mother should not endure childbirth and recovery without the support of her husband.”

On her Instagram account, Priyaniti praised Raghav and expressed her pride in her note which read: “Dear husband, seeing you speak today not only as a Member of Parliament but as a new father to our child, is a moment I will carry with me for a long time.
“I spoke today as a father, and this is what I see every day.”She continued, “We’ve discussed this many times! How our child deserves to have both parents present — to the best of their ability. So when I talked about paternity leave, it wasn’t just a policy. It’s built from the way you raise our child, the way you show up without being asked, the way you understand that parenting is shared, not ad hoc.” Bhi janam hota hai.
“There are too many mothers who carry this responsibility alone, often unheard, unseen. Homes where fathers and family support are lacking. Today, you have brought their unity to Parliament – a chamber where it really matters.”
Concluding the note, she wrote: “If this helps even a few parents, especially mothers feel more supported, that will be a win for us. Thank you for being the father – and you are the leader. I see it every day, and now India will see it too. Always proud of you, my man.”
