The “Dutton Ranch” movie has now been set for a release date, and the next chapter of Beth and Rip will arrive sooner than expected. Paramount has scheduled the “Yellowstone” spinoff to premiere on May 15, 2026, with its first two episodes launching on Paramount Plus at 8 p.m.
ET/PT on Paramount Network. After that, one episode of the series will be released every week. The first season will last for nine episodes and will cover Beth and Rip’s story after the end of “Yellowstone.”

Variety reports that the studio also dropped an initial teaser and first images for “Dutton Ranch” as part of the release announcement. New footage points to a violent road ahead for Beth and Rip, even as they try to leave the chaos of Montana behind them.
According to the official log shared in the report, “As Beth and Rip struggle to build a future together – far from the ghosts of Yellowstone – they collide with brutal new realities and a ruthless rival ranch that will stop at nothing to protect their empire.”

While “Yellowstone” ended with Beth and Rip purchasing a ranch in Dillon, Montana, “Dutton Ranch” moves the action to South Texas, where the couple faces a new threat and a new battle for survival.
The teaser quickly illustrates this tension, as Beth and Rip are pulled back into a world shaped by violence, wild battles, and difficult choices.
‘Yellowstone’ spin-off cast and creative team
The new series brings back Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser in the lead roles, with Finn Little also returning. The first season’s cast also includes Juan Pablo Raba, Jai Courtney, J.R.
