The 32nd Annual Hollywood Actors Awards honored the art of cinema with a night full of special moments. Harrison Ford received the Lifetime Achievement Award, while Michael B. Jordan and the “Sinners” crew receive top acting awards. The evening balanced heartfelt greetings with unexpected, and sometimes awkward, comedic interludes, resulting in a ceremony that was both dignified and entertaining.
The 2026 Actor Awards, formerly known as the SAG Awards, concluded with a glamorous Hollywood night. The 32nd concert was held on March 1 at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles, California.
Certainly, the event witnessed many unforgettable moments, some of which were good, and some of which we wished would pass quickly!! Here are some of the best and worst moments from the 2026 Actor’s Awards.
Harrison Ford Accept the Lifetime Achievement Award
While accepting his Lifetime Achievement Award, Harrison Ford gave a moving speech. After joking that it was weird to “get an award for being alive” and saying he was only halfway through his career, “It’s a bit early, isn’t it?” Ford gave a heartfelt speech about his journey as an actor, from his struggle to find mates in college to his huge success in Star Wars.
Oscar Frenzi: Sinners breaks records with 16 nods | The candidates are speaking
“I’ve found a calling. A life in telling stories. An identity in pretending to be other people. The work I get to do with other actors is one of the great joys of my life,” Ford said. He ended things on a humorous note, accepting the award and saying: “This is very encouraging.”
the ‘Hamnet “Comedy will never end”
When Hacks stars Megan Stalter and Paul W. Downs walked out on stage for the first time, the comedy was spot on! But when the duo said their “comic relief” had been cut from “Hamnet,” and the segment went on, everyone kept wishing it would end because the moment got weird.
Seth Rogen honors Catherine O’Hara
With the announcement of Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series, Seth Rogen took to the stage to accept the award on behalf of Catherine O’Hara for her performance in “The Studio.” Rogen, who is an executive producer of the series, remembered the legacy of the late Catherine O’Hara and said, “She really showed that you can be genius and you can be kind and that one of those things doesn’t have to come at the expense of the other in any way, shape or form.”
“It also encourages everyone to see her work.
Amy Madigan compares the actor’s awards statue to Barbie and Ken
Madigan gave a charming speech when she accepted the Best Supporting Actress award for her role as Aunt Gladys the Witch in the mystery horror film “Weapons.” She began jogging to the stage with her arms outstretched, recreating the film’s unforgettable opening scene. In the middle of her speech, she was distracted by the actor’s awards statue’s amazing physique. “Let’s see, what does he have here?” Madigan said as he examined the statue.
“It’s like when you were little, and you had Barbie, and then you had Ken, and you pulled out those drawers, and said, ‘Ken has nothing!’ I didn’t quite get it. Anyway, I really digress. I apologize!”
Michael B. Jordan and’Sinners ‘Amazing win
Sinners star Michael B. won. Jordan won the award for Outstanding Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role, beating out fellow nominees Timothée Chalamet, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ethan Hawke, and Jesse Plemons. The actor received a standing ovation from the full house.
After thanking the casting crew, his manager, and his mother for driving him back and forth to auditions when he was a kid, Jordan admitted, “Yeah, man, that’s pretty cool.” Jordan’s joy did not end there; The Sinners won Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture.
“Wannabe”. Marty Mauser ‘Just a moment.’
The prize function involved an unnecessary game of table tennis. This wasn’t necessary because clearly none of the actors are professional table tennis players! When Belle explained that she was going to force people to play table tennis all evening, no one expected to actually watch them.
Noah Wyle Proud of The Pitt’s staff
Medical drama “The Pitt” also scored an impressive win. The show’s cast won Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series, and Noah Wyle won Outstanding Performance by an Actor in a Drama Series. When the cast went to accept the award, Noah Wyle was brimming with pride. “I’ll be honest and say that out of all the awards out there, I wanted the most to get this award just for this actor so I could share this moment with them right now,” Wyle said. “I’ve never been more proud of a group of people in my life.”
