Shraddha Kapoor has decided to continue living at her residence in Juhu, renewing the lease of the luxury apartment at a monthly rent of Rs 6 lakh. According to property documents verified by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website, the new lease was registered in February 2026.

Based on property documents reviewed by Square Yards, the same apartment at Prime Beach in Juhu was previously rented out, with the lease registered in October 2024. The apartment measures 365 square metres. (3,929 square feet) and includes four parking spaces. Registration carries a stamp duty of Rs 36,000 plus a fee of Rs 1,000.

According to data reviewed by Square Yards, the lease is valid for 12 months, and the tenant will pay Rs 6 lakh every month. The total rent for the entire period comes to Rs 72 lakh.
