Amin replied with a smile, “He always scolds me.”He went on to describe the creative process behind their latest collaboration, saying, “But the process of making this song was very special.

Reflecting on his own career and the inevitable comparisons with his father, AR Amin made a well-founded note. “My dad’s legacy has reached a place that no one can imagine. I think I’m starting my own little journey.

I have a long way to go, a lot of work and obligations ahead. I want to put my soul into it. Right now I’m just focused on that,” he said.

AR Ameen defends her father amid backlash

After backlash against Rahman’s comments about limited opportunities in the Hindi film industry due to what he called “communal” factors, AR Amin publicly came out in support of his father. In Instagram Stories, he called Rahman a “legend for life” and said his legacy is “forever in the books.”Amin shared a video of his father performing with Ed Sheeran and also posted content featuring Marvel’s Iron Man, emphasizing that Rahman’s legacy cannot be taken away. He also addressed what he called “baseless” rumors surrounding his parents’ marriage, urging people to respect their privacy and dignity and saying it was “painful” to see such misinformation being spread.Amin’s sisters Khatija and Rahima also expressed their support, with Rahima calling out those who spread hate and false narratives.

AR Ameen New Song “Bheegi Bheegi”

Amidst all the attention, AR Ameen has also achieved a major musical milestone. The 23-year-old released his new song Bheegi Bheegi featuring Sita Ramam stars Mrunal Thakur and Dulquer Salmaan. The track features vocals by Amin and Jasleen Royal and is a collaboration between father and son as producers.
