A pop star’s life is often very busy with multiple tours, photo shoots, and busy travel schedules. Amid this hectic lifestyle, Katie, 41, practices healthy eating, schedules earlier meals, cuts out sugar and processed foods, and exercises regularly.

What Katy Perry eats daily

Eggs are gaining popularity among those trying to stay fit and healthy because they are a great source of protein, and Katie is one of them. According to an Instagram post the Roar singer shared in 2024, she eats hard-boiled eggs several times a day. “I eat a lot of boiled eggs because they are a great source of protein,” she said in the clip.

They also eat “clean” foods such as chicken or fish, as well as plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Detailing her diet in a 2023 interview with Women’s Health magazine, Katie explained that she always starts her day with a glass of water and a cup of tea with hot apple cider vinegar, followed by celery juice.

“That’s the best way to start, is just drink water. I know this is a cliche, but I think a lot of us go straight to coffee without just drinking a glass of water.

She also eats three to five small meals a day, including a breakfast consisting of a banana or hard-boiled eggs: “Something light, but with some cheer to start my day.The morning protein meal is followed with salad or soup for lunch.

Dinner consists of a simple meal, sometimes consisting of protein, vegetables, soup or pasta, once or twice a week, between 6pm and 8pm. One important change Katie has made in her lifestyle is eating earlier.

“I started eating early, which everyone swears by, but that’s only because my daughter eats early, which is great. I used to go to dinner at 8 a.m., and anyone who tried to make a reservation at 8 p.m., I would say, “You’re out, this is too much.”

As for exercising, Katie works out three to four times a week, but she admits that exercising isn’t her “favorite” thing unless it’s dancing or ice skating. Her favorite activities include hiking, pickleball, and candlelight yoga.
