Aamir Khan has moved into a new home in Mumbai with his partner Gauri Spratt, marking a new step in their relationship. The actor said he already considers himself married to her “in his heart,” even if there is no formal plan yet.
The couple’s new residence is located close to Khan’s family home, according to reports. The move has drawn attention as Khan has recently spoken more openly about his personal life.
Speaking to an entertainment portal, Khan said the timing of the shift came during a busy phase of work. He said his production schedule has been packed, with his latest project currently underway.
Khan described his relationship with Spratt as serious and stable. He said they see each other as partners and are fully committed. On the subject of marriage, the actor said that emotional commitment matters more to him than official labels.
Khan first introduced Spratt publicly on his 60th birthday, confirming that the two had known each other for many years before reconnecting. He said their relationship developed naturally over time.
Gauri Spratt is also associated with Khan’s production house and has spoken in the past about valuing his calm nature and clarity of thought. She has a young son from a previous relationship.
Aamir Khan was earlier married to Reena Dutta and later to filmmaker Kiran Rao. He shares children from both marriages. Khan and Rao announced their separation in 2021 and said they would continue to co-parent their son.
On the work front, Khan was recently seen in a cameo role in Happy Patel: Khatarnak Jasoos, which he also produced. He is currently involved in upcoming production projects, including Ek Din, starring his son Junaid Khan.
