Investigation report Kylie Hotel’s cause of death is revealed
The Maryland office’s chief medical examiner determined the official cause of death to be multiple blunt force injuries resulting from a car accident, according to Deadline.
The actress was a passenger in the high-speed vehicle that crashed into the ditch around 3 a.m. on July 21, 2026. The 19-year-old driver is believed to have survived non-life-threatening injuries after being taken to hospital. Furthermore, another passenger refused medical treatment at the scene.
Hotel was taken to the nearest trauma center, where she was pronounced dead. The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Unit has not yet examined the cause of the accident.
