Indian man Anshul Kuncha murdered in Philadelphia: 14-year-old boy arrested and charged

A 14-year-old was arrested in Philadelphia for shooting Indian man Anshul Kuncha (left) who was delivering pizza.

A 14-year-old boy, Sincere Kamps, has been arrested and charged with murder after Indian man Anshul Kuncha, who went to deliver pizza, was shot dead in Philadelphia. The incident occurred on June 5 when Concha was lured to a vacant apartment to deliver an order for three pizzas.

Surveillance footage revealed that when Concha arrived to deliver the order, two people wearing dark-colored clothing were following Concha as he got out of his car after arriving at the location.Three pizza boxes and a bag were found inside the vacant property, police said. Investigators said the food did not appear to have been opened or touched.After Concha complied with the order, he was shot outside. When officers responded to the scene, Concha was still alive, although he was unresponsive.

He was declared dead when he was taken to a nearby hospital.After an investigation, police arrested Sincere Camps, a 14-year-old boy, from Philadelphia, on Friday, July 10, 2026. He is charged with murder, robbery and related crimes.Many questions remain unanswered about who the other person with Camps was who appeared in the surveillance footage, who placed the pizza order, whether there was anyone in the vacant apartment and so on. Police said the motive for the killing was robbery, although they initially said none of Concha’s property had been stolen.Anshul’s family in India said he went to the US for higher education and completed his master’s degree in business analytics at Drexel University and was working full-time with a multinational company. On weekends, he worked part-time at a pizzeria.
