CM Chandrababu Naidu visits Pawan Kalyan in hospital after surgery; He says the actor-politician is recovering well
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu visited Deputy Prime Minister and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai after the actor-politician underwent surgery on his right shoulder.Chandrababu Naidu met Pawan Kalyan, his wife Anna Konidalla, and the team of doctors supervising his treatment. The Prime Minister inquired about his health condition and received an update on his recovery after surgery. Ministers Narayana and Anajani Satya Prasad accompanied him during the hospital visit.After meeting Pawan Kalyan, Naidu shared a message on social media wishing him a speedy recovery. He wrote: “I visited Deputy Chief Minister Shri Pawan Kalyan, who is undergoing treatment in Mumbai today.
I wish him a speedy recovery. @PawanKalyan.”
Doctors say the surgery was successful
As reported by TOI City, the medical team has confirmed that the operation has been completed successfully and Pawan Kalyan is recovering well. Doctors confirmed that his condition remains stable and that he is responding positively to treatment.Speaking to the media after the visit, Chandrababu Naidu said that the surgery took about three and a half hours and was performed by a team of specialist doctors.
He added that Pawan Kalyan has been advised to take adequate rest before gradually returning to his official responsibilities. As part of the recovery process, doctors recommended approximately three weeks of physical therapy.Chandrababu Naidu expressed confidence that the Deputy Prime Minister will return to work after completing the rehabilitation programme.
Doctors monitor the condition of the left shoulder
Apart from the right shoulder surgery, doctors have also identified an issue with Pawan Kalyan’s left shoulder.However, the medical team decided not to continue immediate treatment. Instead, they will assess the condition again after six months before deciding whether surgery or physical therapy alone will be sufficient.Chandrababu Naidu also revealed that Pawan Kalyan had been suffering from injuries to his shoulders for several years.
Pawan Kalyan is keen to get back to work
Even as doctors have advised him to focus on recovery, Pawan Kalyan is said to be keen to resume his responsibilities as soon as possible.Chandrababu Naidu said the Deputy Prime Minister expressed his desire to return to public life as soon as possible despite his directives to prioritize rest and rehabilitation.

Pawan Kalyan continues to be active in cinema. His latest theatrical release was ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’ which hit theaters on March 19 this year.
