A conservative newspaper in Iran, known for its provocative tone, published a list of the names of people who will be targeted in retaliation for the killing of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, including the leaders of the United States, Israel and European countries.“Revenge is the will of our nation and must inevitably be implemented,” Khamenei’s son and successor, Mojtaba Khamenei, said on Saturday in his first message since his father’s funeral this week.“These criminals, whose names appear on the list, will wish to their graves a peaceful death in their beds.”Al-Hamshahri newspaper released an infographic online late Saturday featuring photos of 13 foreign leaders alongside Mojtaba’s statement. The chart includes US President Trump, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, British Prime Minister Starmer, and others. He did not appear in the print edition of the newspaper on Sunday. The list also includes US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Defense Minister Pete Hegseth, French President Macron, Italian Prime Minister Meloni, and German Chancellor Merz.(AFP)
