“Alpha” collected the box office on the ninth day
With ‘Alpha’, Alia ventures into uncharted territory, marking her debut in the YRF Spy Universe in an action-packed role. The film and Alia’s character have been in the headlines since the beginning, and now, the film’s box office performance is in the news.
According to Sakneelek, on Saturday, the eighth day, with 2,883 shows, ‘Alpha’ added a net Rs 2.25 crore to its tally. This represents an increase of 36.4 percent from Friday’s numbers.Moreover, with the current stats, the India net collections of the spy drama have been pushed to Rs 51.35 crore, while the gross earnings in the domestic market have reached Rs 61.21 crore.In overseas markets, on the ninth day, the film added another Rs 1 crore to its collection.
With this, overseas collections stand at Rs 24.30 lakh crore so far, and total global collections at Rs 85.51 lakh crore.

Alpha occupancy for the eighth day
On the second Saturday, i.e. July 11, 2026, the Alia Bhatt film witnessed an overall occupancy of 22.18 per cent. The day started with a healthy 7.15 percent occupancy rate, rising to 21.92 percent in the afternoon. The graph saw an upward trend as the day progressed, with evening shows recording 23.23 percent occupancy, and night shows witnessing 31.23 percent occupancy.
