The veteran creative has a new home to manage. “He’s not only a pioneer in the creator economy, but he’s also a truly entrepreneurial-minded innovator,” says Alec Shankman, founder of HeartRock.

Joey Graceffa has signed with HeartRock Partners to represent management.

The actor, producer, entrepreneur, author, and internet personality found early fame as a content creator by creating and starring in a YouTube series Escape the night. The hugely popular series has tens of millions of views, with the first episode of the second season garnering 69 million views alone. The number of subscribers on the platform reaches 9 million, in addition to 6.3 million on Instagram and about one million on TikTok.

He has expanded his reach beyond YouTube to include entertainment, publishing, entrepreneurship, and consumer ventures. As an author, he has written memoirs In Real Life: My Journey into a Polka Dot World And a YA novel The duodenum. He also created an all-natural pet care brand called Tale. Graceffa has also appeared in the hit competition series The Amazing Race.

By signing with HeartRock, the company will work with Graceffa to continue growing his platform and explore new brand and business opportunities. “We couldn’t be more excited to represent Joey,” says Alec Shankman, CEO and Founder of HeartRock. “Not only is he a leader in the creator economy, he’s also a truly entrepreneurial-minded innovator, so he embodies everything we look for in a HeartRock client. Shankman, the former head of Gersh’s alternatives division, founded the company earlier this year. per Delivery timeHe has hired four employees across talent and brand representation including Cole Childress, Olivia Zorato, Morgan Schreiber and Carolyn Welker. At the time, Shankman said his company would focus on three key areas of the business including supporting “entrepreneurial-minded” talent, representing and building consumer product brands, and working with storytellers and content owners to maximize new technology.
