Prince William made a surprise appearance on Travis and Jason Kelsey’s podcast recently. The Prince of Wales, 44, appeared in a teaser that the brothers shared on their social media on an episode of New Heights that aired that morning.According to the teaser posted to Instagram, Jason, 38, gave a detailed introduction to the royal guest. “Our guest today is the 6ft 3in Prince from London, England. That’s right. President of the FA, Deputy Royal Patron of the Welsh Rugby Union, Duke of Cambridge, Duke of Cornwall, Lord of the Isles, Prince and Grand Steward of Scotland, Earl of Chester and Prince of Wales.
92 percent, please welcome His Royal Highness Prince William!” Jason shouted in his signature introduction style.Travis, 36, cheered throughout the long intro and clapped in support of his special guest. “Let’s go!” He shouted excitedly as Prince William appeared on the screen between the brothers.
Prince William’s reaction to the introduction
Prince William responded to the elaborate welcome with good humor and humility.
“This is the intro, guys. Amazing,” he said while holding back laughter at the outstanding presentation.
Jason acknowledged the effort they put in up front. He replied: “We had to do it big for you, and we had to do it big,” indicating that the brothers wanted to ensure that the royal guest received a grand, appropriate welcome.
Confirmation of Prince William’s absence from the wedding
Despite the timing of his appearance on the couple’s podcast, Prince William did not attend the wedding festivities.
