Not a jellyfish, but a catch?
At a party this week, my dear Spider-Man Actor Tobey Maguire has sparked dating rumors.
The 51-year-old actor was in a close conversation with and appeared to be kiss Rapper Ice Spice.
Not a Spider-Man kiss, to be clear. Just having fun at a party, or is this the beginning of a relationship?
This sure sounds like a kiss, doesn’t it?
On Thursday, July 2, billionaire Michael Rubin held his famous white party in the Hamptons.
There were a slew of famous guests, including Jay-Z, Teyana Taylor, French Montana, and more.
This type of exclusive, high-end event attracts the rich, powerful, young and sexy, especially if both groups are famous.
Sometimes – as we all saw in the documentary, gossip girl Interesting stories leak from these gatherings.
Which brings us to this alleged kiss, along with the age gap controversy.
During the event, Maguire and Spice were seen standing on the balcony of the $50 million oceanfront mansion.
It is unclear how long he spoke, let alone what topics were being discussed.
However, it appears that Spice leaned in to kiss him at some point.
Maguire appeared to put his hand on her arm and pull her close in the process.
Without the perfect angle, we have to admit that the entire world may be misreading what happened. But…it sure feels intimate, we’ll say that much.

Whether the two shared a kiss or only appeared due to a series of wonderful coincidences, they did not hide what was happening.
This was a huge party. The couple should have known there would be potential witnesses and photographs.
Ice Spice is a huge talent, and she has friends like Taylor Swift. It was the famous and infamous song behind the last song SpongeBob SquarePants project.
And Tobey Maguire is Tobey Maguire. It is the first of three live events Spider-Man The stars.
To be honest, none of them are strangers to fame. They are under the spotlight and microscope at all times.
Some (understandably) raised their eyebrows at the age gap. Maguire is 51, and Spice is 26, barely more than half his age.
In fact, just a few months ago, Maguire received backlash for allegedly dating 20-year-old Miska Silva.
However, he’s not one of those guys who only dates in their 20s. He was previously linked to Tatiana Dittman, who is in her 30s.
Dating someone half your age — or younger — shouldn’t become a habit. This is usually a red flag that someone wants someone less trustworthy and less confident
But the alleged kissing at a party is not actually dating. There are parties where people make it very random. Not the white party, but still.
Kissing is fun and as long as everyone is a legal adult, that’s pretty much the end of the matter until we start seeing evidence that they’re dating.
