According to President Donald Trump, several Hollywood stars have been diagnosed with fake “Trump disorder” syndrome.
Coincidentally, all of the celebrities Trump criticizes in a recent AI video posted on social media are vocal critics of him. It is known that Trump can become very petty with those who do not agree with him and his political views.
The AI video (below), shared Wednesday evening, showed the president dressed as “Dr. Trump” sharing his “treatment plan” for his “patients” suffering from TDS. The video, which resembled a pharmaceutical ad, played AI-generated clips of fake testimonials from Julia Roberts, Robert De Niro, Rosie O’Donnell, Whoopi Goldberg, John Leguizamo and Edward Norton.
“I’ve been suffering for over a decade, and after listening to Dr. Trump, I can see some results,” the fake O’Donnell said. “I really thought I was a lost cause; this was going to affect me for the rest of my life. But after using the treatment plan, I can see a difference,” added AI-created Goldberg.
“I couldn’t eat. I couldn’t sleep, I was constantly angry. I made everyone miserable around me,” said De Niro’s AI avatar, while fake Roberts claimed: “I feel like I’ve aged 20 years in the last two years. I’ve been so anxious. I’m starting to get really worried about my future.”
At the end of the video, Trump detailed his “simple” treatment plan for the fake TDS. He said: “Stop the fake news, say your prayers, and if you feel anxious, just drink Diet Coca-Cola like me, and you will see a noticeable difference in your life.”
Hollywood Reporter I have reached out to reps for Roberts, De Niro, O’Donnell, Goldberg, Leguizamo and Norton for comment.
The president has long posted AI-generated photos and videos on his social media, many of which have been heavily criticized. Earlier this year, Trump came under fire for posting a since-deleted video on the website Truth Social, depicting former President Barack Obama and his wife, former First Lady Michelle Obama, as monkeys.
This is also not the first time he has accused his critics of suffering from TDS created by Trump. After the death of director Rob Reiner and his wife Michelle, the president attacked the couple for their progressive politics. He said their deaths were “apparently due to the rage he had caused others through his immense and incurable suffering from a mind-afflicting illness known as Trump Disorder Syndrome, sometimes referred to as TDS.”
