Jennifer Lopez is all about embracing life’s highs and lows and taking a breakup in a more positive light. In one of her latest appearances, the actress and singer opened up about her relationship history and how every breakup has been a good thing for her, in one way or another.

Recently, Lopez opened up about her daily life and what things were like for her after her breakup. For context, the “Ain’t Your Mama” singer has been married and divorced about 4 times.She explained during the interview that she believes the separation should be accepted. “I feel like the biggest growth spurts I’ve ever had emotionally, mentally and psychologically have always come from heartbreak,” she added. She said on an episode of SubwayTakes with Karim Rahma.
Her advice doesn’t just relate to romantic grief, but to any type of relationship that comes between them, whether it’s with a friend or at work. The star revealed that she takes all of this in a positive light, and over the years, she has chosen to grow as a person after every change that has happened in her life.“It’s the only time you dig. You’re like, ‘What happened?’ How do I do this? Why do I keep doing this? Or why didn’t that happen? What could I have done better?” “You’re changing yourself,” she commented.
As for people who keep cutting things off, Lopez shared her own opinions and stated that these people are not growing up. “Because if you go through life and you’re, you know, breaking hearts, for example, and you’re the person who never feels anything, then you’re the loser,” she added.
