Serbian director Miroslav Terzic (Stitches) is back, and it is back with all cinematic intensity. His new movie, After 3 weeksThe film begins with a group of high school students in Serbia embarking on a field trip to Bulgaria. So far, so good. But there is tension simmering beneath the surface.

When their coach collapses, the teens and their teachers find themselves confronted with a poignant subject, a tragedy in fact, from a quieter student—the recent suicide of his best friend. Who or what is responsible for his death? What factors played a role in this? Soon things threaten to get really heated.

The film, whose story is based on several true stories, will have its world premiere in the Crystal Globe competition of the 60th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival (KVIFF) on July 7.

The young cast led by Jovan Jinjic (The lost country). The cast also includes Klara Hrvanović, Angela Alavirević, Tihana Lazović Trifunović and Branislav Trifunović. Three weeks later Written by Terzić, Vladimir Arsenijevic and Bojan Vulitic. The cinematographer is Damjan Radovanovic, while editing is done by Marko Verkovic. Bendita Film Sales handles global sales.
