Panic broke out after a fire broke out in an apartment in Aranya Society in Sector 119 on Monday.

Six fire engines rushed to the scene, and firefighting operations are still ongoing. The incident falls under the jurisdiction of Sector 113 police station, news agency ANI reported.
No injuries have been reported so far, and the cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
“The fire in the apartment was contained and prevented from spreading with the help of three teams of firefighters, six fire engines, an ambulance and police teams. The affected family informed us that there was a fire in their air conditioner. They evacuated the apartment as soon as the fire broke out,” says Chief Fire Officer Pardeep Kumar.
UP CM orders rescue efforts
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath assessed the incident and ordered officials to go to the scene to supervise relief and rescue efforts.
“The Prime Minister ordered the acceleration of relief and rescue operations and directed that appropriate medical treatment be provided to the injured. Instructions have been issued to the administration to be vigilant at all levels,” the chief minister said.
He also directed officials to continuously monitor relief operations and ensure that all injured people receive appropriate medical care.
Fire in Keshav Puram in Delhi
In a separate incident, a fire broke out in a four-storey residential building in northwest Delhi’s Keshav Puram area in the early hours of Monday, according to PTI.
Delhi Fire Services (DFS) received a call about the fire at around 2.03 am, following which two water tenders, two water trucks and a rapid response vehicle were rushed to the spot. The fire was under control by 2.30am.
Three residents, Gaurav (28), Kaira (25), and Indu Batra (55), were rescued from the balcony, news agency PTI reported. The fire department said that no injuries were reported in the accident.
According to one of the administration officers, the fire was limited to 24 electrical meters installed on the ground floor of the building, which consists of a ground floor and four upper floors.
