Ram Charan’s ‘Peddi’ continued its theatrical run on the 24th, but the film saw another drop in its collections despite the weekend. While the action drama has already emerged as one of the biggest box office successes of the year, its earnings have entered a slower phase after completing more than three weeks in theaters.Meanwhile, Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s new release ‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ maintained good performance over its second weekend.

“Peddi” records a 14% decline on the 24th

According to Sacnilk estimates, ‘Peddi’ has collected a net collection of Rs 80 lakh in India on its 24th day. The latest figure represents a drop of 14.0% compared to the Rs 93 lakh earned on Day 23. The film was released in 939 shows on the fourth Saturday. Its net collection in India now stands at Rs 239.10 crore, while its gross collection in India stands at Rs 282.77 crore.The Telugu version earned Rs 79 lakh while the Hindi version added Rs 1 lakh to the tally.

The global total stands at Rs 335.67 crore

‘Peddi’ has now collected a total of Rs 52.90 crore from international markets. The film’s worldwide gross collection rose to Rs 335.67 crore.The Telugu version recorded an overall occupancy of 25.06%, with the highest audience turnout during the night shows at 27.22%.

‘Maa Inti Bangaram’ is enjoying a strong second weekend

While ‘Peddi’ saw another decline, Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s ‘Maa Inti Bangaram’ continued to woo audiences over its second weekend.

According to Sacnilk estimates, the action-comedy-drama grossed Rs 4.90 crore nett in India on the ninth day. The collection represents a 12.6% increase over the film’s eighth day earnings of Rs 4.35 crore.The ninth day’s performance took the film’s total net collection in India to Rs 42.95 crore, while its total collection in India rose to Rs 49.72 crore.

The global total rises to Rs 71.57 lakh crore

The Samantha Ruth Prabhu starrer added Rs 1.25 crore international gross on the ninth day, taking its total overseas collection to Rs 21.85 crore.As a result, ‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ has now collected a total of Rs 71.57 crore worldwide.Directed by PV Nandini Reddy, the film stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead role alongside Gulshan Devaiah and Diganth Manchal.Disclaimer: Box office numbers and data in this article are compiled from public and industry sources.
