The deals qualify production assistants on these shows, all of which are shot at Burbank’s Warner Bros. studio, for motion picture industry pension and health plans that cover other unionized crew members. The contracts stipulate a minimum wage of $20 per hour for new employees and $21.22 per hour for returning workers for the upcoming season of each show. Returning workers will receive a higher rate after putting in 50 days of work in the previous season.

Additionally, contracts establish holiday provisions such as ensuring production assistants who work holidays receive at least eight hours of pay in “double time,” or twice their regular hourly wage.
