Day 3 of ‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ box office collections: Samantha Ruth Prabhu starrer closes in on Rs 42 crore worldwide; Registers a growth of 32%
Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s ‘Maa Inti Bangararam’ continued its impressive run at the box office with another strong day of earnings on Sunday.According to reports from Sacnilk, the film has collected a net collection of Rs 10.10 crore in India on its third day.
Compared to Saturday’s profit of Rs 7.65 lakh crore, the latest figure represents a growth of 32.0 percent.
Net collection in India exceeds Rs 23 lakh crore
The Hindi net collection of the film has reached Rs 23.10 crore. Its total collection in India now stands at Rs 26.69 crore. The film also had a wide release on Sunday, playing in 2,965 theaters nationwide.The Telugu version remained the major contributor to the overall business. It earned a net collection of Rs 9.50 crore from 2,341 shows and recorded an occupancy rate of 61.0 percent.
The Tamil version added a net collection of Rs 60 lakh from 624 shows while recording an occupancy of 25.0 percent. Morning shows recorded an occupancy rate of 45.92 percent. Afternoon screenings rose to 79.31 percent. The percentage of evening shows reached 80.69 percent before settling at 61.54 percent during the night shows.
The foreign market drives the total worldwide
On the third day, ‘Maa Inti Bangaram’ added a total collection of Rs 4.00 crore from overseas markets. This took its cumulative overseas collection to Rs 15.10 crore.
As a result, the film’s worldwide gross has risen to Rs 41.79 crore.At the district level, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana emerged as the best performing districts on Sunday with a combined collection of Rs 8.50 lakh crore. It is followed by Karnataka with Rs 1.85 lakh crore. Tamil Nadu contributed Rs 90 lakh while Kerala and other regions added to the total, taking the third day’s total earnings to Rs 11.62 crore.

Amid the success of the film, actress Nayanthara shared a special message for Samantha on social media. After posting the film’s opening day set poster on Instagram Stories, she wrote:“So happy for you sammmm @samantharuthprabhuoffl, you deserve all the love and success..
Huge congratulations to the entire MIB team (sic).”Samantha later reposted the story and responded with a heartfelt message of her own. Very happy to see the day when audiences embrace a film regardless of whether it stars men or women.
