Recalling the emotional moment she met her son for the first time, she wrote, “I was excited and overjoyed to welcome my baby Neil into this world. Our birth was exhilarating, overwhelming, long, and yet the most fulfilling experience ever! Holding Neil on my chest covered in white mucus and placenta within seconds of his birth was my only experience with self-actualization and such an indescribable feeling! That moment made me understand the deepest potential of love, and made me feel so much gratitude. And I realize the responsibility of my heart outside my body – forever – and all at the same time.
