More than three years after being given the green light, a comedy series starring Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson is set to premiere on Apple TV.

Apple TV picked up the series in March 2023 — long enough ago that the studio behind it, Paramount TV Studios, was still called Skydance Television (and was not yet part of Paramount). Apple TV still has the “+” sign as part of its name.

The show’s cast also includes Natalie Martinez, Brittany Ishibashi, Nolan Almeida, Ella Grace Hilton, Noah Carganella, Heidi Kwan, and Ona Yaffe.

Lee Eisenberg (The officeApple It sticks and Little America) is the showrunner for Brothers. He executive produces with McConaughey, Harrelson, Natalie Sande, David West Reed, Trish Hoffman, Bill Post, Jason Weiner, David Finkel, Bret Baier and Jeremy Plager. Trent O’Donnell directed several episodes, including the pilot.
