However, organizers announced that several venues had pulled out ahead of the event, making it impossible to go ahead as planned. In an update shared on Instagram, the Cenat team explained that the overwhelming amount of interest in the event created concerns for venue operators. They said the expected crowd size and the logistics of managing so many people led to many venues pulling out at the last minute. As a result, fans have been asked not to travel to the event site and instead wait for further updates.

This led some viewers to question whether concerns about crowd control and cleanup played a role in the Atlanta venue’s problems.
However, Kay Senat’s team did not mention these issues in their statement.Instead, organizers said venue decisions were based solely on capacity and logistics. They stressed that they are still working towards making the Atlanta event happen and will share confirmed details when everything is finalized. For the time being, the Atlanta Streamer University application event has been postponed.
