Honda Launches 2026 CB750 Hornet, Transalp, Gold Wing and Fireblade SP: All the Details Here

Honda Motorcycles and Scooter India has expanded its 2026 premium motorcycle lineup in India with the launch of the CB750 Hornet E-Clutch and XL750 Transalp E-Clutch, offering E-Clutch technology on a 755cc platform for the first time in the country.

The company has also updated the Gold Wing with a new color option, while the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP continues as Honda’s flagship superbike. Reservations for all four motorcycles are now open. Interested customers can visit the nearest Honda Topline and BigWing dealerships across the country. With these additions, Honda is strengthening its portfolio across the naked street, adventure touring, luxury touring and supersport segments.The 2026 Honda CB750 Hornet E-Clutch is priced at Rs 10.49 lakh, XL750 Transalp E-Clutch at Rs 13.20 lakh, CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP at Rs 33.50 lakh and Gold Wing at Rs 44.30 lakh (all prices ex-showroom, Gurugram). The CB750 Hornet E-Clutch is powered by a 755cc parallel twin motor that produces 67.5kW and 75Nm. The highlight of the motorcycle is the electronic clutch system, which allows gear changes without manually operating the clutch lever while retaining the option of using a traditional clutch.

Equipment includes Showa 41mm SFF-BP USD front forks, dual 296mm front brake discs, a 5-inch TFT display with Honda RoadSync connectivity and multiple riding modes.The XL750 Transalp E-Clutch uses the same 755cc twin-cylinder engine generating 67.5kW and 75Nm but has been tuned for touring and adventure riding. The addition of E-Clutch technology aims to improve comfort across different driving conditions.

Features include Showa SFF-CA USD front suspension, a 5-inch TFT display with Honda RoadSync, multiple riding modes including Gravel mode, and a dual-LED headlight setup.

The 2026 Honda CB750 Hornet E-Clutch is priced at Rs 10.49 lakh, and the XL750 Transalp E-Clutch is priced at Rs 13.20 lakh.

For 2026, the Gold Wing receives a new color option while retaining its current mechanical package. Power comes from a liquid-cooled 1,833 cc flat-six engine mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission that features Reverse and Go modes.

The luxury vehicle continues to offer an electronically adjustable windshield, a premium audio system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as an airbag system.

2026 Golden Wing

The CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP remains the most performance-focused motorcycle in Honda’s range. It is powered by a 1,000cc four-cylinder engine that produces 160kW and 113Nm. The superbike is equipped with Öhlins Smart-EC 3.0 electronic suspension, Brembo Stylema R front brake calipers with dual 330 mm discs, Akrapovič titanium exhaust and a 5-inch TFT display.

With the addition of the Hornet E-Clutch and Transalp E-Clutch, along with Gold Wing updates and the continued presence of the Fireblade SP, Honda has strengthened its presence across the bare-bones street, adventure touring, luxury touring, and supersport motorcycle segments.In the announcement, Mr. Tsutsumu Ohtani, President & CEO, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India said, “With the introduction of E-Clutch, Honda is enhancing the premium motorcycle riding experience by providing greater comfort, ease of use and confidence while riding.
