According to Congress General Secretary (Organization) KC Venugopal, the events will subsequently be held in Allahabad on July 10, Patna on July 11, and Delhi on July 14, bringing together students, career aspirants, youth organizations and teachers.

“Rahul Gandhi will hold a series of mega student conferences starting from Kota (June 17), Allahabad (July 10), Patna (July 11) and Delhi (July 14), bringing together students, aspirants, youth organisations, teachers and all those directly affected by the exam scandals,” Venugopal said.

The Congress leader said that as part of this national campaign, the party will reiterate Rahul Gandhi’s call for student mobilization through massive outreach by NSUI, Youth Congress, CCCs, CDAs and local units across the country. “Physical and digital invitations, campus outreach, interactions at coaching centres, universities, schools and youth centres, social media campaigns, live performances and direct engagement with students will be conducted on a large scale,” Venugopal said.

Reflecting Rahul Gandhi’s conviction that the aspirations of Indian youth should not be sacrificed to corruption, incompetence, or political apathy, the movement will seek to unite students beyond political affiliations and provide a platform for aggrieved youth to share their experiences and demand accountability for repeated exam failures and paper leak scandals.

Venugopal also stated that the movement will take to the streets for the demands expressed earlier by Rahul Gandhi, including decentralization of NEET, abolition of examination fees, strict legal action against those involved in paper leakage rackets, and accountability at the highest levels of government, including the resignation of the Union Education Minister.

“Having raised these issues time and again, Rahul Gandhi has made championing merit, justice and equal opportunities for youth a pressing issue of national importance,” Venugopal said.

This comes after NEET-UG 2026 was canceled following allegations of paper leakage and administrative lapses.
