Amitabh Bachchan says India is no longer seen as a 'soft and weak country', expresses pride: 'We are strong and powerful'

Amitabh Bachchan makes sure to stay in touch with his fans through social media and his blog, despite his work commitments and busy schedule. The actor also expresses his thoughts on various topics and has now expressed great pride in India’s growing global profile, saying that the country is no longer seen as a “soft and weak nation”.

The veteran actor recently shared his thoughts on his blog after coming across a phrase that resonated deeply with him.“I came across a wonderful phrase: ‘India is ‘anti-fragile’…’ Simply wonderful… India is no longer a nation that is seen as weak and soft…'” he wrote.

Reflecting on this term, Amitabh said he feels proud that India is no longer considered weak or easily threatened.“We are no longer fragile – fragile, easily broken, easily destroyed, easily threatened, weak…

We are strong and powerful, and we are no longer seen as a fragile nation.. Full of pride.. Face up, chest up.. Come on!!!” He added. On the work front, Bachchan is busy with the sequel to Nag Ashwin’s ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, which stars Prabhas and Kamal Haasan.Earlier this week, Amitabh also reflected on the impact TV series can have on audiences and how viewers often become emotionally invested in fictional characters and stories.

He wrote, “Is it just me or with others as well? Watching a series that forces you to continue allocating valuable time to its continuity has the effect of attracting one to the narrative and choosing one of the characters you prefer, which leads to your behavior and behavior appearing as a character..!! Strange..”He also added: “And the feeling of wanting the story to do justice to your thoughts and desires rather than what is represented in front of you on the screen.. nah..???!!! Long pause.. well maybe not.”
