Hope is set to release her debut single “FU4THAT”, a country song, on June 26. This song is expected to launch her career in country music. (See official art above.)
“Getting into music feels like the next natural chapter for me,” Hope said in a statement shared with . Hollywood Reporter. “I’ve spent the last few years building a platform through television and social media, but music has always been where I felt connected to myself. This release represents a new challenge, a new audience and an opportunity to share a different side of who I am.”
News of Hope’s official release of “FU4THAT” comes after the reality star previously teased on social media that a music project may be in the works. THR I learned that music was a passion that Hope was pursuing behind the scenes.
Hope has joined Hulu The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives In the second season. The series follows a group of influential Mormon figures, and became Hulu’s most-watched unscripted premiere of 2024. It also received an Emmy nomination last year.
While it’s not yet clear what inspired Hope’s first song, Mormon wives It generated no shortage of headlines. Recently, cast member Jessie Draper came under fire for kissing Hope’s ex-husband, Chase McWhorter. Meanwhile, production on season 5 was temporarily halted amid the controversy surrounding Frankie Paul Taylor before later resuming. The ongoing feud between Paul and co-star Michaela Matthews has also fueled speculation about the future of the series.
