Akshay Kumar praised Raveena Tandon’s professionalism at the ‘Welcome To The Jungle’ trailer launch, recalling how she transformed inside a generator truck to save a sunset shot. Akshay Kumar is bringing the laughs with his film ‘Welcome To The Jungle’ and the trailer was released on Thursday, June 11, already creating massive excitement. At the launch, Akshay had nothing but praise for his co-stars, especially Raveena Tandon, whom he complimented for her exceptional professionalism and dedication during the challenging shoot.
She also recalls a memorable incident where she put her comfort aside to keep the shoot on schedule.
Raveena was changed into a generator truck to save the sunset shot
The actor paid tribute to Raveena and shared a story from one of his film shoots. The team only had 25-30 minutes to shoot the sunset scene. The green room was quite far from the set, so Raveena decided to change her clothes inside the generator truck to save time. That’s why the shoot was completed on time without any delay.
“This was her. There have been a lot of changes; she’s a great actress,” the actor added.

When asked what has changed and what has stayed the same over the years, Akshay laughed and said that although a lot has evolved, the one thing that has never changed is Raveena’s professionalism. Then he made a light joke, pointing out that she had transformed from the heroine on screen into the mother of the heroine Rasha Tadani, leaving everyone in the room laughing.
