Popular Haryanvi singer Pepsi Sharma dies at 38; Fans and the industry mourned the sudden loss

The Haryanvi music industry has been shattered following the sudden demise of popular folk singer and Rajni singer Pepsi Sharma, who passed away at the age of 38. According to family members, the singer complained of severe chest pain and was taken to a private hospital where he passed away during treatment.

As reported by PunjabNewsline.com, he was born Yashpal Sharma and became a household name under his stage name Pepsi Sharma. Hailing from Batla village in Ghaziabad, he has gained immense popularity through Rajni’s energetic performances and stage shows across Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi NCR region.

Pepsi Sharma was particularly known for his performances in Rajni competitions, cultural events held in gaushalas and local fairs.

His unique blend of singing, humor and comic timing has made him a favorite with audiences of all ages.Over the years, he has also shared the stage with many popular artistes, including Haryanvi star Sapna Choudhary. One of their most popular collaborations was the show “Nagin Dance” which received massive appreciation online and garnered over 60 million views.In addition to his talent as a singer, Pepsi Sharma was admired for his vivacious personality and ability to connect with people through popular music and entertainment. He left behind a wife, a 10-year-old daughter, and a 7-year-old son. His sudden demise has sent shockwaves throughout the Haryanvi entertainment fraternity, with fellow artistes, friends and fans paying tribute to the beloved artiste and expressing their condolences to his bereaved family.
