In a separate incident, a fire broke out in an apartment in Noida’s Sector 100 early Thursday after a short circuit occurred in the indoor unit of an air conditioner, fire officials said, adding that no injuries or loss of life were reported.
The incident came days after a fire broke out on the 27th floor of the same apartment complex on May 22, which was also attributed to a short circuit in the air conditioning unit.
