Veteran actress Khushboo became emotional while speaking at the audio launch of ‘Double Occupancy’, a film creatively produced by her daughter Ananthitha Sundar. The film is directed by Ashwin Kandasamy and features Santhosh in the lead role, along with Reshma, VTV Ganesh and Samyuktha in important roles.
The event became special after Khushboo shared her heartfelt memories of her daughter and actor Santhosh, leaving a lot of emotional feelings on the stage.
Khushboo talks about the close relationship between Ananthitha and Santhosh
Speaking at the event, Khushboo said that Santhosh has been like a son to their family for many years. As reported by News 18, it revealed that both Santhosh and Ananthitha have known each other since childhood. “When they were young, they used to fight like enemies,” she said, smiling. “Later, they became best friends.”
Khushboo also shared that when Ananthitha left for London to study, the family felt that she would not stay there even for six months as she was too attached to Santhosh.
However, she remained focused on her studies as she continued to discuss stories and cinema with him.

Khushboo also revealed that after returning from London, Ananthitha told the family that she wanted to make a film with Santhosh as the hero. “Even if Santhosh sneezes, Ananthitha will feel anxious and cry.
“Sometimes I feel like they were twins in their previous birth,” said an emotional Khushboo. She added that her daughter was quite sure that Santhosh should play the lead role in ‘Double Occupancy’. The actress also said that Santhosh always dreamed of becoming an actor and expressed confidence that he will grow into a big star in the future.
