Box office struggle and competition
‘Chand Mera Dil’ clashed at the box office with the Hollywood release ‘Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu’. On the other hand, it also faces competition from the previous week’s release, ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh Do’, starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Wamika Gabbi, Rakul Preet Singh, and Sara Ali Khan.
However, despite the lack of any buzz around the film and amid box office competition, ‘Chand Mera Dil’ has managed to earn more than the recently released romantic film ‘Ek Din’, starring Junaid Khan and Sai Pallavi. The Aamir Khan-backed project collected just Rs 1 crore on its second day.
