We have tragic news to report from today’s world of social media.

Daniel Coleman – YouTuber who gained fame for creating children’s content on his beloved show “Danny Go!” The channel announced the death of his son Ishaq.

Coleman shared the heartbreaking news with fans on his Instagram page:

“Isaac Daniel Coleman. 3/10/11 – 5/21/26,” he began his post.

“My sweet boy. There’s so much I want to say, but I don’t know how yet. I miss you so much already, and the pain in my heart is so much more than I can handle. But looking at the thousands of photos and videos in the past week, I also feel immense pride,” Coleman continued, adding:

“Your 14 years have been filled with many challenges, but you faced them all with such determination… and somehow maintained your cheerful brand despite it all. You truly had a spark like no other, Isaac!”

“Remembering how much you were loved and how full of a time life was here gives me great comfort. Being your father has been the honor of a lifetime. I am so proud of you and love you forever. Rest in peace, son.”

Coleman revealed in December last year that Isaac was suffering from oral cancer as a result of Fanconi anemia, a rare genetic condition he has dealt with throughout his life.

“We found out last week that Isaac had cancer in his mouth. Well, we always knew this day would come, as it’s almost a certainty with Fanconi anemia,” he wrote at the time.

“But it’s definitely arrived a little earlier than we had hoped, and it’s still surprising to hear about your child, even if you’ve been preparing for it for years. We’ve had a lot of scans and we’re not sure yet how widespread it is,” Coleman continued, adding:

“But the plan at the moment is to try to remove the cancer surgically as quickly as possible.

“On the cancer front, we’ve learned more and it’s not good news. He’s officially in stage three, although doctors said he’s on the verge of stage four because of the speed and aggressiveness of the spread.

“So, even though the visible cancer has been removed, there is a very good chance it is still there under the microscope and we will have a difficult decision to make soon.”

“Due to the many complications associated with Fanconi, treatment options for Isaac are very limited compared to a typical pediatric cancer.

“Our main options now are to either start low-dose targeted radiotherapy or continue to treat the cancer surgically when it appears.”

Coleman’s tragic announcement of Isaac’s death immediately received an outpouring of support, with many popular creators, including Dame Rachel, paying their respects.

“Much love to your family. We are so sorry. Thank you for sharing his incredible joy and great pride,” she wrote.

Our thoughts go out to the entire Coleman family during this extremely difficult time.
