The Indian Ministry of Defense announced that India successfully test-fired the short-range ballistic missile “Agni-1” today, Friday, from the Integrated Test Range in Chandipur, Odisha. The Agni series of missiles – from Agni-1 to Agni-4 – have a strike range of 700 km to 3,500 km and have already been deployed in operations.
