The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the last date for getting scanned copies of answer books for Class 12th board exams.

In a press release, the board said the CBSE website has been facing unprecedented traffic over the past few days and has also witnessed several attempts at unauthorized intrusion, making it vulnerable to disruptions.
The extended deadline is now May 24, 2025.
“The CBSE website has been facing unprecedented traffic since the last few days and has also faced several attempts at unauthorized intrusion, leaving it vulnerable to disruptions. Hence, in a bid to ensure that no student is left behind, the Board is extending the last date for getting a scanned copy of the answer book for the Class 12th board exams.”
The board also informed that students will now have up to two days after receiving the scanned copy of their answer book to proceed to the next step to check problems noted or re-assess.
“Candidates are advised to take advantage of the extended timeline and apply accordingly. All previously mentioned terms and conditions remain the same.”
