RJ Mahvash, known for his radio acting journey, is all set for Satrangi: Badle ka Khel which will release on May 22, 2026 on OTT. She spoke about her friendship with Samay Raina, supporting creators, and standing by them despite differences. She has also mirrored promotions for Section 108 and is filming a romantic comedy for Remo D’Souza.
Known for her journey from radio to acting, RJ Mahvash is now gearing up for the release of her latest project, ‘Satrangi: Badle ka Khel’. The series, which also stars Anshuman Pushkar and Kumud Mishra, will begin streaming on OTT from May 22, 2026.
During the recent interaction, Mahvash spoke about her close friendship with Samay Raina and many of her fellow creatives, and added that she will continue to stand by and support them.
RJ Mahvash reacts to Samay Raina controversy
During an interview with Pinkvilla, Mahvash said that Samay Raina personally invited her to be a part of the second season of his comedy talent show. Recalling their conversation, she said, “When we were shooting for a show, Samay asked me if I would come for the next season of his comedy talent show.
I told him that I will definitely come for the show.” Mahvash also revealed that she never knew him during his difficult times.
“I was watching it from the third scene. I spoke to Ranveer (Allahbadia),” she said.
I don’t care about friendships and supporting creative people
She also spoke about the support she received from fellow creatives during the release of her first film, Section 108, starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Regina Cassandra. Recalling her experience, she said she didn’t know many of them personally at the time, yet they came for the trailer launch.
Talking about it, she said, “I didn’t know them on a personal level. For me, Ranveer, Ashish and all of them were big people.
So I called them to launch the trailer and they all showed up. To me, this is true friendship. No matter what their mistake is, I will still support them. I agree they were wrong, but humans make mistakes. So let’s not roast them any further. Since I know them as people they are great guys. They never go beyond their limits and have no respect for others.”

RJ Mahvash is gearing up for the release of her upcoming web series ‘Satrangi: Badle ka Khel’, which is all set to premiere on May 22. Along with this project, she is also busy shooting for Remo D’Souza’s romantic comedy ‘Tedhi Hain Par Meri Hain’.
